Frequently asked questions
Where do I buy an ad?
While sales are open, on the Ads page in the business web dashboard by card, or on the Ads screen in the iPhone app with the App Store. While sales are closed, this page shows a note instead of a buy button; ad credits that come with your package can still be used.
Do ads change the organic ranking?
No. Ads are shown in a separate, labeled area; ads never take up more than one sixth of the results on a page. Organic ranking is not for sale.
How do I see the results?
Views and clicks are shown day by day under My ads in the panel and the app. Views depend on searches and visits; no number is promised.
What if I change my mind before it starts?
We cancel an ad that has not started at your request and refund the full amount; ads that have started are not refunded. An ad is paid once and does not renew automatically.
